ICU Registered Nurse - Trauma, Surgical, and Neurological Patients

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse with extensive experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological patients to join our team. This position requires 48 hours of work per week, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions in trauma, surgical, and neurological critical care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to other units as necessary to meet patient care needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU staff experience in trauma, surgical, and neurological care.
• Must have previous travel experience in a similar role.
• Current RN license and BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
• Experience in a Trauma Level One facility is mandatory.

Schedule

This position requires a 7 PM to 7:30 AM shift, with a focus on maintaining a consistent and reliable schedule.
