Mammography Technician

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with potential for Saturdays.

Job Description

We are seeking a Mammography Technician to begin working as soon as possible. The primary work location will be in a hospital setting; however, the technician may also float to two clinics as needed based on the schedule.

Responsibilities

• Performing mammography imaging procedures.
• Ensuring patient safety and comfort during imaging.
• Operating and maintaining Hologic mammography equipment.
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to provide quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of current experience as a Mammography Technician is required.
• Current certifications: BLS, ARRT, CA Fluoro, and either CA Mammography or ARRT Mammography.
• Experience with Hologic equipment is required.
• Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
