Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide high-quality service.
• Manage diverse tasks, adjusting attention as necessary based on patient needs.
• Build trust and rapport with patients and their families to enhance patient experience.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Exceptional critical thinking skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
