CT Technologist - Fluoroscopy

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: 4x10 hours (07:00 AM - 05:30 PM).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist with a valid fluoroscopy license to work in a busy imaging department. The technologist will provide high-quality imaging services primarily in outpatient and emergency department settings. The position may involve working with some OR cases, like orthopedic procedures and pacemaker placements.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT scans, including fluoroscopy studies of various anatomical regions.
• Administer contrast media as required.
• Work collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Maintain equipment standards and adhere to safety regulations.
• Document and report imaging results accurately.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT certification in CT and current BLS certification.
• Fluoroscopy permit in hand is mandatory prior to submission.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in CT imaging.
• Experience with various imaging protocols, including but not limited to abdomen, chest, pelvis, and brain perfusion.
• Prior experience in a busy hospital or acute care setting is required.
