Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 1 year of recent experience. The ideal candidate will possess a valid NY nursing license and required certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS. This role includes participating in various interventional radiology procedures and providing patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interventional radiology procedures including angioplasty, chemoembolization, gastrostomy tube placement, liver ablation, paracentesis, and more.
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation for patients during interventions.
• Perform infection prevention practices and manage dysrhythmias.
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient care management consistent with established protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active NY RN License required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Interventional Radiology.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS is mandatory.
• Proficient in handling and interpreting various cardiac rhythms.
