ICU Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00), including weekend coverage.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to critically ill patients. The nurse will be responsible for the management of patients with complex health conditions, including multi-system organ dysfunction and failure. Strong technical skills and the ability to interpret dysrhythmias and care for ventilated patients are essential.

Responsibilities

• Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.
• Care and management of ventilated patients.
• Continuous IV sedation and titration of cardiac and vasoactive drips.
• Management of arterial and central lines.
• Interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs).
• Providing care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license to practice in South Carolina.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Capability to float to other units as needed.
