Schedule

VARIABLE SHIFTS - Either 8 or 10 hour shifts. Scheduled shift is 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM for 8 hours or 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM for 10 hours. Weekend shifts are 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM or 7:15 AM to 6:45 PM. Holidays follow weekend schedule, and on-call hours are for 12 or 24 hours on weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Surgical Technologist with experience in an operating room setting to join our Surgical Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in surgical procedures and be adept in various specialties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing the operating room and maintaining sterile conditions.
• Scrub in for surgeries across multiple specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, ENT, GYN, plastics, neuro, and robotics.
• Support the surgical team during procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Registered Surgical Technologist certification and New Hampshire Med Tech license required.
• Experience with DaVinci and Mako robotic systems preferred.
