CT/X-Ray Technologist - Travel Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Nights, 10 hours per shift, Saturday through Tuesday, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly proficient CT/X-Ray Technologist for a travel assignment. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both CT and X-Ray specialties and be capable of performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures with a focus on patient safety and care.

Responsibilities

• Position patients on examining tables and adjust immobilization devices for optimal imaging.
• Complete all routine diagnostic procedures.
• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment, adjusting settings for exposure factors.
• Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
• Prioritize and organize daily workflow efficiently.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with strong interpersonal skills.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2+ years of current CT Technologist experience in a hospital setting.
• 2+ years of current X-Ray Technologist experience in a hospital setting.
• Proficiency in Fluoroscopy, Digital Radiography, Portables, and OR C-arm.
• Experience working with all age groups.
• New Hampshire Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License required.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required.
• Active American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required.
