Job Description

The Pediatric Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist will provide imaging services in a pediatric environment, specializing in cardiac procedures. This role includes participation in a call rotation requiring 8-10 shifts per month, including weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform pediatric and adult transplant procedures, including R/L biopsy, balloon, stent, and valve placements.
• Handle cases involving congenital heart patients and assist with diagnostic catheterizations.
• Maintain proficiency in imaging techniques and ensure the safety and comfort of patients during procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Pediatric Cath Lab setting preferred.
• National certifications required: PALS, BLS, ACLS (American Heart Association only).
• Candidates with CCI with RCIS/RCES certifications preferred, but ARRT (R) with SCRQSA (R) is also acceptable.
• Must have a valid South Carolina RN license or be in the process of obtaining one.
