Job Description

The facility is a community hospital and regional referral center that is Joint Commission Accredited, with 171 beds and is recognized as a Certified Chest Pain Center and Level 3 Trauma Center. As a Registered Nurse in the Blended ICU, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care to adults and geriatrics, specifically those with conditions like STEMI, NSTEMI, COPD exacerbation, Sepsis, CABG, Valve repair/replacement, Acute Respiratory Failure, A. Fib RVR, ETOH Withdrawal, Head Injury, Overdose, Stroke, Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR. You will utilize the latest equipment and electronic health record system (Medhost) to manage patient care efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in a fast-paced ICU environment.
• Manage critical cases with complex patient needs.
• Administer medications and perform assessments as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in on-call requirements as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIHSS certification is preferred.
• Valid RN license.
