Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess outpatient experience and be ready to provide exceptional care to our patients. This role involves seeing 12-14 patients a day, with an expected productivity rate of 60 visits per week. Double-booking of follow-up visits is anticipated, emphasizing the ability to manage multiple patient needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
• Assess and document patient progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Ensure high-quality patient care in alignment with facility standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Outpatient experience is preferred.
