8-hour Day Shift, with 36 hours guaranteed per week and the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care in our Trenton, TN location. The ideal candidate will have the capability to treat pelvic conditions, with a second therapist needed for orthopedic treatment. The role involves managing a productive caseload with an expectation of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day with occasional double-booking of follow-up visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to optimize patient care.
• Manage a dynamic patient load with high productivity expectations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred, but first-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Ability to treat pelvic conditions is essential; orthopedic experience is a plus.
