8-hour day shift, with 36 hours guaranteed and the possibility of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have prior outpatient experience, although we welcome new graduates. This position includes a productivity expectation of 60 patient visits per week, with an average of 12-14 patients seen per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected. The role allows for additional hours, subject to prior approval from the director for any overtime worked.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
