Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Travel Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Emergency Department. This dynamic role involves caring for children in a fast-paced emergency setting, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for pediatric patients in an emergency setting.
• Perform procedures including port access, IV starts, venipuncture, and EKGs.
• Utilize point of care testing equipment and manage foley placements.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to EMR protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-year current experience in Pediatric Emergency Department as an RN.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC.
• PALS will be accepted in lieu of ENPC.
