Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our Respiratory Services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and professional excellence. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing respiratory care for adult patients, as well as neonatal and pediatric populations when required.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as per physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patient respiratory status and modify care as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a current North Carolina Respiratory License.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
