Emergency Room Nurse - 13-Week Contract

Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Job Description

An opportunity is available for an experienced Emergency Room Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires the ability to float between two facilities, with primary operations conducted at one campus. The role demands flexibility in schedules and locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the emergency room setting.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all care provided accurately and timely in the patient's medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room nursing experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
• Current life support certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC from approved vendors.
• Active nursing license with no hits on state practice records.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
• Proof of residency via a valid driver’s license may be required.
