Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

Schedule

12-hour days, 3 shifts per week, from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an interventional/diagnostic cardiac catheterization lab setting. The technologist will be responsible for performing various procedures, including but not limited to Left Heart Catheterization, High-Risk PCI, Right Heart Catheterization, Pacemaker insertions, Peripheral Procedures, and Structural Heart procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing interventional and diagnostic cardiac catheterizations.
• Conduct high-risk procedures and maintain patient safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide support during complex cardiovascular procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Required certifications: BLS, AART or RCIS.
• Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited Technology program (CVT/Radiology).
• Experience with specialized procedures: EMCO, EKOS, and peripheral procedures is preferred.

Holiday Expectations

MUST work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
