Night shifts, 3x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:30). Rotating holidays and weekends required.

Job Description

Join a vibrant team in a charming historic city as a Registered Nurse specializing in Oncology. The unit is a 12-bed facility that also covers Thoracic and Bariatric surgery, providing opportunities to work in a rich environment with excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and manage side effects.
• Monitor patients for any changes in condition and administer medications as required.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform nursing tasks including care management of ports and central lines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Maryland RN license or a Compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of current, relevant experience in Oncology.
• Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC) required at the time of submission.
• NIHSS certification required.
