Job Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for a healthcare position that requires various credential verifications and mandatory health screenings. Successful candidates will work within a professional environment focused on patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Complete required professional credential verifications.
• Pass mandated health screenings including a COVID-19 Vaccine, Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, and other immunizations.
• Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing and Skills Checklist.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid healthcare license or certification as required for the specific position.
• Successful completion of necessary background checks and education verification.
• Compliance with health screening requirements, including vaccination records.
