Job Description

Join a comprehensive healthcare facility located in Nashville, Tennessee, providing exceptional care in a positive and values-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with healthcare protocols.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Assess and document patient conditions and progress.
• Collaborate with medical teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
