Ultrasound Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift: Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with call one weekend per month.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting ultrasound examinations and ensuring high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound examinations according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret ultrasound results.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS).
• Permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
