6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, 12-hour shifts with every other weekend and holiday support.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical ICU unit. The ideal candidate will have previous medical ICU experience in a large facility and be comfortable with hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management. You will be part of a dynamic team committed to providing the highest level of care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in the Medical ICU.
• Manage hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator settings as required.
• Assist providers with bedside procedures such as chest tube insertion and intubations.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and engage in nurse leader rounding.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Experience in Medical ICU with advanced skills in ventilator management, critical care pharmacology, hemodynamic monitoring, and central line management.
