Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care within a dynamic emergency department setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, ensuring all standards are met for safe and effective care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to emergency department patients, including triage, assessment, and stabilization of critical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure effective communication with patients and families.
• Document patient care and progress using electronic health record systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency department setting preferred.
• Current certifications required: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC.
