Day shift, 5x8 hours (08:00 - 16:30), with no weekend or on-call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse to join our infusion center. The RN will provide care for adult patients with oncology and hematology diagnoses, administering chemotherapy, iron infusions, blood transfusions, and IVF in a supportive and patient-centered environment. The position requires experience with EPIC charting and proficiency in managing various infusion therapies.

Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, blood products, and other medications as prescribed.
• Perform IV push administration of chemotherapy and monitor patients during infusions.
• Conduct patient assessments and recognize/communicate abnormal lab values.
• Manage care for patients with ports and facilitate central line blood draws.
• Provide education and support to patients undergoing treatment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 21 years of nursing experience required, with at least 2 years of charge experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC) preferred.
• Infusion center experience is required.
