MRI Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, with on-call duty for 8 hours per pay period (every other Sunday).

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures that meet the needs of patients and staff. The technologist will work closely with physicians to ensure all imaging requirements are met and will maintain a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI scans with a focus on patient care and safety.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain MRI equipment and ensure it is functioning to the highest standards.
• Document and manage patient imaging data accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness and organization in the MRI suite.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of MRI Technologist experience required.
• Certifications: ARMRIT, ARRT MR, BLS are required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• Experience with the Epic charting system is required.
