This position requires a night shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 11 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Surgical Instrument Reprocessor will be responsible for reprocessing surgical instruments in compliance with industry standards and facility protocols. The role emphasizes attention to detail, ensuring all surgical tools are sterile and ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Reprocess surgical instruments according to established standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to safety and infection control practices.
• Participate in ongoing training and education related to the position.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a surgical or sterile processing setting.
• HSPA Certification preferred.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Holiday Expectations

The position requires working 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve).
