Surgical Services Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Mid 5x8-Hour schedule from 14:30 to 23:00, weekend call required. Rotate weekend call every 4-6 days.

Job Description

We are seeking skilled surgical services professionals to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency across various surgical specialties including Ortho, General Surgery, Urology, Bariatrics, and Robotics. The role requires flexibility to float to a nearby facility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures in diverse specialties.
• Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and knowledge of sterilization processes.
• Maintain the preparation and organization of surgical instruments and equipment.
• Participate in patient care activities and interact with a multidisciplinary team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a surgical services setting.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong knowledge and experience with various surgical techniques and equipment.
• Must possess a valid compact state license.
• Prior charge experience preferred but not required.
