Physical Therapist - Travel Position

Day shift, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekend rotations.

Job Description

Join our team as a Physical Therapist and make a significant impact on patient recovery in an inpatient rehabilitation and acute hospital setting. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the opening of a brand new, state-of-the-art facility, assisting in program development while focusing on exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Implement treatment progression and ensure quality indicators are met.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team during conferences for effective care planning.
• Engage in discharge planning to ensure smooth transitions for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license.
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience is mandatory.
• Acute care experience is preferred.
• Former experience with HCA or similar healthcare systems is a plus.
