6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, with no on-call requirements.

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced rural environment. As an ER RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic setting while managing a diverse case load.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Maintain a patient ratio of 4 or 5:1 based on unit needs.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals.
• Participate in patient evaluations, administer medications, and assist in various procedures as needed.
• May be required to float to Starke Emergency Department every third weekend.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN licensure in Indiana.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required.
• De-escalation training is mandatory.
• 1-2 years of ER experience desired.
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred.
