CT Technologist - Level 1 Trauma Center

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Rotating shifts, including both 8 and 12-hour shifts. The typical schedule consists of working 2x 8 hour shifts and 2x 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 40 hours. Shifts change weekly, with the schedule posted in a 4-week block two weeks prior to its start date. Weekend coverage is required every other week. Potential on-call shifts are available for call-off coverage.

Job Description

The CT Technologist will perform imaging procedures in a Level 1 Trauma hospital setting. Experience with Siemens CT systems is required, specifically in the areas of cardiac imaging, gated CTA, and coronary CTA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CT imaging procedures according to established protocols.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging processes.
• Maintain equipment and perform quality control checks.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide accurate imaging for diagnostic purposes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARRT(CT) Certification
• Current CPR Certification
• Experience with Siemens CT equipment is mandatory.
• Cardiac imaging experience preferred.
