This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Variable shifts: 8-hour shifts (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM) or 10-hour shifts (6:45 AM - 5:15 PM). Weekend shifts from 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM or 7:15 AM - 6:45 PM. Holidays follow the same schedule. On-call requirements for 12 or 24 hours on weekends.

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to join our Surgical Services team. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating professionalism, friendliness, and self-motivation. Responsibilities include providing assistance in surgical procedures, maintaining sterile environments, and collaborating with surgical teams.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for surgical procedures across various specialties including Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, General Surgery, and Robotics.
• Ensure surgical instruments are sterile and ready for use.
• Assist in patient positioning and preparation for surgery.
• Maintain a clean and organized operating room before, during, and after surgery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital setting.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• New Hampshire Med Tech License is mandatory.
