Registered Nurse - Night Shift

Schedule

Night shift, 3x12 hours; from 20:00 to 08:30.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients, managing a patient ratio of 1:5. This role requires a 2-year minimum experience, and first-time travelers will not be accepted. The RN will be responsible for floating within the specialty and covering lower acuity needs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and document using Epic charting system.
• Perform wound care and manage post-operative care for various procedures.
• Engage in patient education and provide support to patients and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in MD or Compact License.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Travel nursing experience is required.
