Schedule

3x12 Hour Day Shift (07:00 AM - 07:30 PM), with every other weekend and holiday required.

Job Description

The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) will provide professional nursing care in the emergency department while ensuring patient safety and excellent patient experiences. The ER RN will utilize advanced critical thinking skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including triage and assessment of patients.
• Administer medications and perform emergency procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimized patient outcomes.
• Manage patients presenting with various emergencies, including trauma and acute medical conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• Active MD or Compact RN License.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS, PALS.
