Registered Nurse - Pre/Post Procedural Area

Days: 0530 to 1800, 3 days per week.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work in the Angio Holding unit, a pre and post procedural area focusing on cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology cases. The role requires demonstrating basic knowledge in diagnostic and interventional cardiology, while providing care to patients before and after their procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post procedural care for patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes in condition.
• Document patient care and procedures accurately in the EMR system (EPIC).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pre/post procedural area.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
