7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, including every other weekend and holidays.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will function as a float nurse within the Psych/Rehab department, providing care to patients and ensuring compliance with facility policies. The position requires versatility and adaptability to different clinical settings, focusing on patient recovery and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the Psych/Rehab department.
• Administer medication and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in a psychiatric or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
