Physical Therapist - Outpatient Therapy

Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description

Join our dynamic team in the outpatient therapy unit and contribute to patient care focusing on evaluations and treatments. You'll be part of a collaborative environment with a variety of therapy professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Administer therapy interventions for outpatient clients
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, SLP, and support staff
• Document patient progress using EMR ReDoc

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Active New Hampshire PT license
• BLS certification
• Experience with vestibular therapy is a plus
