Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our fast-paced ER team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in a Level 2 trauma center and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a compassionate manner. Responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs in a timely manner.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with medical staff in developing and implementing patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Utilize advanced nursing skills as required in emergency situations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications required before starting date.
• Experience in high-volume emergency departments preferred.
