Job Description

The Travel RN Postpartum is responsible for providing care to postpartum mothers and handling GYN surgeries in a 25-bed unit. The nurse will utilize EMR systems Meditech and CPN to document patient care and ensure efficient operations. Ideal candidates will be warm, bubbly, and able to work effectively on both day and night shifts, collaborating with a dedicated team of nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for postpartum mothers and assist with GYN surgeries.
• Ensure patient health and safety through adherence to unit policies and clinical guidelines.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
• Work collaboratively with nursing staff to maintain a high standard of care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have mother-baby experience.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications are required.
