Job Description

Join our team at a premier healthcare facility in Western Colorado as a Physical Therapist at our Silt outpatient clinic. Due to an increase in patient volume, we are looking to expand our Rehabilitation staff to provide timely and effective care. In this role, you will evaluate patients and develop and implement tailored treatment plans for a variety of diagnoses, aiming to enhance patients' strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and overall function. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, ROM, balance, and safety.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs for ongoing recovery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Colorado Physical Therapist licensure or compact for Colorado.
• At least two years of Physical Therapy experience; three to five years preferred.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Flu vaccination required from October 1st through April 1st.
