Shift: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Rotating nights of call and weekends are required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Tech for a traveling position in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrophysiology and catheter laboratory procedures, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills. This role requires a commitment to patient safety while providing high-quality care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Performing basic Cath Lab skills, including scrubbing and monitoring.
• Administering conscious moderate sedation as required.
• Assisting in a variety of invasive procedures within the Cath Lab.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a sterile environment.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital experience as a Cath Lab Tech.
• Electrophysiology (EP) experience is required.
• BLS & ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• ARRT (R) RCIS or RCES is required; candidates must apply for registration as a Fluoroscopy Operator in Colorado.
• Preferred: ARRT (CI) or (CV) certifications, EP scrubbing experience, and prior Meditech experience.
