Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specialized in Labor and Delivery to join our team. The RN will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, handling labor, delivery, and immediate newborn care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients during labor and delivery.
• Provide immediate care to newborns during the golden hour post-delivery.
• Circulate C-sections and assist in post-anesthesia care unit (PACU) for C-sections.
• Utilize Meditech/CPN documentation systems effectively.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Current and active TX RN License (temporary licenses not accepted).
• BLS, NRPA, and AWHONN certifications are required.
• Must demonstrate capability to scrub C-sections.
