Cath Lab Tech - Contract Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with on-call requirements distributed evenly among staff.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Tech to join our dynamic team in the Cardiovascular Services department. This role requires experience in a fast-paced environment, collaboration, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in a variety of cardiovascular procedures, including Cath, PCI, EP (a-fib), Watchmen, TAVR, INARI, and device implantation (PPM, ICD, etc.).
• Work alongside a team of professionals, including RNs and CV Technicians, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain and operate Cath Lab equipment, ensuring all protocols are followed.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergent cases, including weekends as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Experience in Cath Lab required; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
• Preferred certifications include RCIS or Cardiovascular Nurse certification.
• Must hold current ACLS and BLS certifications.
