Schedule

Days, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM. Floating required, every other weekend.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our Cardiac Care Unit in East Georgia. This role requires flexibility as the nurse will float between the ICU, PCU, and CCU. The ideal candidate will possess the skills necessary to manage patients on ventilators and intravenous drips, in addition to providing comprehensive cardiac care.

Responsibilities

• Float between ICU, PCU, and CCU as required.
• Manage patients requiring ventilator assistance and intravenous therapies.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 previous travel assignments completed successfully.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Experience with ventilator management and intravenous drips is essential.
• Cerner experience is required.
