Job Description

Join a dedicated team at our Emergency Department, recognized for excellence in patient care. We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room RN to deliver high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will handle a diverse range of patient needs, ensuring a respectful and compassionate experience for every individual.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Triage patients and manage care in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient status using the Cerner documentation system.
• Participate in departmental activities and maintain professional standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting or Level II trauma center.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications are required before the start date.
• NIHSS certification must be completed upon hire.
• Strong teamwork mentality and flexibility to work in all areas of the ED.
