Schedule

Night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, with a requirement to work all shifts including days and mids.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Telemetry unit, you will provide high-quality care for patients with cardiac conditions. You will be responsible for monitoring patient vitals, administering medication, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care. The ideal candidate will possess cardiac cath experience, be adaptable to various shift times, and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Communicate patient status and updates to the healthcare team.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding cardiac care.
• Document all patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record (EHR).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in cardiac telemetry.
• BLS certification.
• Knowledge of cardiac common diagnoses and treatments.
