This position offers an 8-hour day shift with weekends on an as-needed basis.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maternal Fetal Medicine Ultrasonographer to provide excellent imaging services within a large trauma facility. You will play a crucial role in performing ultrasound examinations and ensuring quality patient care. The ideal candidate will see up to 8 patients daily, with an efficient workflow that accounts for various imaging procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and detailed fetal anatomy scans, follow-up obstetric scans, biophysical profiles (BPP), umbilical artery and middle cerebral artery (MCA) Dopplers.
• Conduct first-trimester pelvic ultrasounds, sonohystograms, and Hysterosalpingo-Contrast Sonography (HyCoSy).
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting of ultrasound findings.
• Collaborate with the medical team to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ARDMS registered with OB/GYN credential.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging, specifically in OB/GYN.
• Experience in a large, teaching hospital setting is required.
• Proficiency in using EPIC or comparable electronic medical records system within the last 2 years.
