Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical Oncology unit. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and demonstrate great time management. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for ensuring medication safety, with a minimum of 98% of medications safely scanned and administered.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in a fast-paced environment, managing patient assignments efficiently.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) using Meditech.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Exceptional communication and time management skills
