Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Med/Onc unit. The ideal candidate will join a team-oriented environment and provide exceptional nursing care while developing meaningful connections with patients and staff alike.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications with a focus on safety and accuracy (minimum of 98% medication scanning compliance).
• Participate in patient care and assessment within a team setting.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Provide support and compassion to patients undergoing chemotherapy treatments.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new staff members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License.
• BLS Certification.
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.
