3x12 Hour Night Shift (19:00 - 07:30).

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills and be proficient in utilizing Epic for charting. You will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients during their stay.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for adults and geriatrics in a Medical/Surgical and Telemetry setting.
• Monitor and interpret patient telemetry and dysrhythmias.
• Ensure proper isolation precautions and use of PPE.
• Administer medications and manage peripheral line care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing role.
• Prior charge experience preferred.
• Proficiency in charting with Epic is required.
• BLS certification required.
