Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM; 36 hours scheduled with 24 hours guaranteed. Weekends and holidays may be required.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Emergency Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 24 months of pediatric emergency room experience with recent practice within the last 12 months. This role requires adherence to nursing standards and protocols, as well as a commitment to providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in the emergency setting.
• Evaluate patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of Pediatric Emergency Room experience within the last 12 months - REQUIRED
• Active RN license with no hits on state license to practice - REQUIRED
• Life support certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC - REQUIRED
• ENPC certification preferred.
• Driver's license to verify residency - REQUIRED
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
